Bolt CMMS utilizes a self-registration process requiring a valid email address and mobile number. Users will establish a password during this account setup stage.
Single Sign-On and Social Login Exclusion
Bolt CMMS does not currently support Single Sign-On (SSO) or social media login functionalities.
Authentication Methods
Users can authenticate themselves for login using either a password or a one-time password (OTP) delivered via SMS to the registered mobile number.

Ltd. strongly recommends that users practice good password hygiene by changing their passwords regularly, especially if they suspect any compromise or unauthorized access attempts.
Password Recovery
In the event a user forgets their password, Bolt CMMS offers a password recovery process. This process involves verification through both the registered email address and mobile number to ensure the legitimacy of the recovery request.
Password Storage and Security
BeyondScale Technologies Pvt. Ltd. utilizes industry-standard security practices to protect user passwords. Passwords are stored using secure hashing algorithms, rendering them unreadable in the event of a data breach.
Right to Modify
BeyondScale Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Password Policy at any time and will provide users with reasonable notification of any such changes.
